Returns Eligibility
Earrings and Pierced Jewelry:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any other pierced jewelry.Other Jewelry Items:
You may return unworn and unused items (such as necklaces, bracelets, and rings) within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with your rights under EU consumer law.
Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in resalable condition.Custom or Personalised Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalised pieces unless the item is faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Item
If your item is eligible for return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us First
Email shopriyi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Please package your item securely in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (we hope to cover these in future).
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.
Inspection & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shopriyi.com, with clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Important Notes
Refunds apply only to the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
We comply with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
